Money Isn’t the Main Focus
For many millennials, they aren’t necessarily looking for the job with the highest-paying salary. While they need a competitive income, they are also looking for perks that will enhance their work experience. They want those extras that will give them a little boost in engagement and motivation. For example, they often want flexibility and may desire to frequently work remotely. They may also desire stipends for vacations or gym memberships. Even things such as snack bars, beverage bars, or regular team lunches can make a big difference for this generation of workers.
They Want the Latest Tech
